Responsibilities Create and maintain project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and actuals Review and analyze project costs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget Prepare monthly project financial reports and variance analysis Track project expenses and provide cost analysis to project managers Review and process project-related invoices and payments Collaborate with project teams to resolve financial issues and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements Assist with project budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including reconciliations and accruals Support the finance team in ad hoc reporting and analysis Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, or any related field Proven experience as a Project Accountant or in a similar role Strong knowledge of project accounting principles and practices Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the real estate/ property management industry is a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
