Job description:

The Master Electrician will lead and oversee all electrical works for housing and real estate development projects. This includes planning, installation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems for residential units, common areas, and site facilities. The role ensures compliance with electrical codes, project timelines, and safety standards while coordinating closely with project engineers, contractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute electrical installations for residential units, subdivision amenities, and property developments.
  • Ensure all electrical works comply with the Philippine Electrical Code, local regulations, and project specifications.
  • Prepare electrical load computations, material take-offs, and work schedules for housing projects.
  • Inspect and test wiring, fixtures, and electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality before project turnover.
  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems into overall project design.
  • Monitor subcontractors' work and enforce quality and safety standards at construction sites.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues during construction and provide immediate corrective measures.
  • Train, guide, and supervise electricians and apprentices assigned to the project.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, installations, and repairs for project documentation and client handover.
  • Review, approve (sign plans), supervise, and execute electrical installations for residential units, subdivision amenities, and property developments.

Qualifications:

  • Valid PRC license as a Registered Master Electrician (RME).
  • At least 5 years of experience in residential, housing, or real estate development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, layout, and distribution systems for housing developments.
  • Ability to interpret electrical plans, subdivision layouts, and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in supervising site-based electrical teams.
  • Good coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is primarily based at housing/real estate development sites, with possible exposure to varying weather, confined spaces, and live electrical systems.
  • Able to work in Rizal Area (San Mateo, Montalban, Antipolo, Binangonan)
