Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts. Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends and variances. Collaborate with department leaders to optimize financial resources and cost efficiency. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management review. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies. Support the Finance Manager in financial audits and implementing audit recommendations. Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid in strategic business planning. Assist in the development and implementation of financial control systems and procedures. Train and supervise finance staff to enhance departmental performance and outcomes. Coordinate with external financial consultants and auditors as necessary. Manage cash flow forecasting to maintain liquidity and financial stability. Review and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles. Proven ability in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent proficiency in financial software tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
