Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with operational plans. Lead the financial planning and analysis processes to guide decision-making. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, tax filings, and internal financial policies. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. Job Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (CPA). A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management or a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are a plus. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
