Summary
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human capital by developing, implementing, and evaluating HR strategies, policies, and practices. This role plays a key part in supporting business goals by fostering a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Foster strong employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and workplace issues
Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Support business growth through effective employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies
Oversee the implementation of HR systems, policies, and procedures across the organization
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high employee performance
Review and improve compensation structures and benefits programs
Identify training needs and oversee the design and execution of development programs
Provide management with data-driven insights and decision support through HR metrics
Ensure compliance with labor laws and all relevant HR regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role (typically 5+ years)
Strong knowledge of HR labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures
Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training & development
