Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner. Document all technical issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system. Collaborate with other team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a technical support role or customer service. Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
