Operaciones - En colaboración con las partes interesadas, definir y comunicar las directrices mensuales y las actividades previstas para los miembros del equipo de ventas que visiten los puntos de venta de cuentas clave. - Dirigir la actividad y garantizar que se entregue a tiempo la solución adecuada a los clientes. - Actuar como punto de contacto para clientes clave y equipos internos. - Resolver los problemas de los clientes y tratar las quejas para mantener la confianza. - Preparar revisiones periódicas de los clientes para las partes interesadas internas y externas utilizando métricas/procesos de cuentas clave. - Apoyar a los miembros de su equipo ofreciéndoles formación e identificando oportunidades de ingresos. Experiencia requerida: - Gestionar una cuenta de cliente (Gestión de cuentas) - Resolver problemas de personas/empresa (Resolución de problemas) - Gestionar el presupuesto (Ingresos y rentabilidad) - Trabajar con CRM (Sales Force "Engage") (Gestión de relaciones con los clientes)#J-18808-Ljbffr
