Schedule: Night Shift Work Set-up: On Site Employment Type: Full Time and Direct Hire About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Sales Account to lead and grow a key client account within our BPO operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales program management , client relationship building , and business performance optimization within a contact center environment . Lead day-to-day management of the sales account , ensuring delivery of client KPIs and revenue objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to grow account performance, customer conversion, and retention rates. Manage and mentor Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Agents to achieve productivity and sales goals. Track and analyze key metrics such as sales conversion, AHT, CSAT, and revenue per call to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field. 8+ years of experience in the BPO industry , with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or account management role . Proven track record of managing sales programs (inbound/outbound, telesales, or upselling campaigns). Strong understanding of contact center operations metrics and P&L management. Excellent client management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, and global environment.
