Arrangement: Full-Time - Mon-Fri; Hybrid (3 times a week) - Makati What You'll Do: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process along with the People & Culture Head Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation Spearhead in implementing people-related initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, wellness activities, and recognition efforts Maintain and update HR records, systems, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on people-related matters Help organize training sessions, surveys, and internal events Contribute to internal communication efforts to promote culture, policies, and company values Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support culture-building and HR initiatives What We're Looking For: 2-3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or a similar role Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, Google Workspace) A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for people and culture Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to work on challenging technical problems Professional development and learning opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment Ready to build something great with us?
