You would help us ensure our HR PH legal is in compliance, manage various functions like recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll and work with our operations team to maximize training and development and very importantly, help us foster a positive work culture by acting as a liaison between management and associates. You would learn and be a part of the excellent day to day operations of our team, doing payroll, quality control audits and support of HR needs for our top-tier clients that we service. Responsibilities Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the hiring process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting new hires with orientation and onboarding. Employee relations: Facilitate communication and be positive liaison between employees and management. Manage Modern HR Ambassador and Employee referral program. Compliance and policies: Stay up to date on current PH labor laws and regulations, maintain and help us to adhere to HR policies, and educate employees on company procedures. Compensation and benefits: Administer employee benefits programs like health insurance and payroll. Performance and development: Support performance management, provide feedback, identify training needs, and help coordinate development programs. Administrative tasks: Maintain employee records and prepare relevant reports. Qualifications 3+ years proven experience in a similar HR role Strong knowledge of PH labor laws and best HR practices Excellent communication and ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships effectively Have achieved a degree in Human Resources Studies #J-18808-Ljbffr
