People & Culture/ HR Associate

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused People & Culture Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, take ownership of recruitment and help foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Arrangement:
Full-Time - Mon-Fri; Hybrid (3 times a week) - Makati

What You'll Do:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process along with the People & Culture Head
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
  • Spearhead in implementing people-related initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, wellness activities, and recognition efforts
  • Maintain and update HR records, systems, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on people-related matters
  • Help organize training sessions, surveys, and internal events
  • Contribute to internal communication efforts to promote culture, policies, and company values
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support culture-building and HR initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or a similar role
  • Strong recruitment experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, Google Workspace)
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for people and culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred
