Responsibilities
  • Transforms data into real persons to enable hyperpersonalization, allowing the team to identify the best offer, best messaging, and best channel to drive campaign objectives
  • Enables the crafting of data-driven insights and strategies hinged on customer behaviors and usage patterns
  • Ensure achievement of retention business metrics through big-impact initiatives and programs hinged on these User ID Profiles
  • Executes and Governs end-to-end segment-based marketing campaigns or Go-To-Market Executions
  • Ensure execution retention policies and principles in all Gcash programs
  • Ability to analyze and assess business performance based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Thorough understanding of customer behavior to be used as basis for data driven programs
  • Ability to deliver KPIs and end-to-end programs/ executions
  • Strong management skills and ability to drive cross functional teams in delivering programs
  • Agile in pivoting plans based on actual results
  • Open to receiving feedback and guidance both from superior, and peers
  • On-Strat & Timely delivery of the User ID Capability - backend and frontend
  • On-Strat & Timely delivery of the Base Management Strategy
  • On-Strat & Timely Campaign Delivery
