- Transforms data into real persons to enable hyperpersonalization, allowing the team to identify the best offer, best messaging, and best channel to drive campaign objectives
- Enables the crafting of data-driven insights and strategies hinged on customer behaviors and usage patterns
- Ensure achievement of retention business metrics through big-impact initiatives and programs hinged on these User ID Profiles
- Executes and Governs end-to-end segment-based marketing campaigns or Go-To-Market Executions
- Ensure execution retention policies and principles in all Gcash programs
- Ability to analyze and assess business performance based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Thorough understanding of customer behavior to be used as basis for data driven programs
- Ability to deliver KPIs and end-to-end programs/ executions
- Strong management skills and ability to drive cross functional teams in delivering programs
- Agile in pivoting plans based on actual results
- Open to receiving feedback and guidance both from superior, and peers
- 100% Target Achievement of Retained Users (# of engaged monthly active users)
- On-Strat & Timely delivery of the User ID Capability - backend and frontend
- On-Strat & Timely delivery of the Base Management Strategy
- On-Strat & Timely Campaign Delivery
