Job Description

Overview: The trainer's main objective is to prepare customer service representatives to perform their job effectively, including onboarding, product knowledge, and customer service skills. Training may include in-class, e-learning, virtual facilitation, and blended methods.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule all new hire onboarding sessions and training modules
  • Develop and maintain onboarding calendars and training materials
  • Facilitate orientation and basic training for new employees
