Job Description: As a Property and Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities. You must have a strong background in architecture, project management, construction management, and building management. Requirements: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Background in architecture, project management, construction management, or building management. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Hands-on experience in property maintenance, facility management, or construction oversight. Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues. Keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Preferred Qualification: Proficiency in project management tools and software. In-depth knowledge of construction processes and property maintenance best practices. Prior experience working directly with contractors and service providers. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and coordinating maintenance and surveillance of nine properties, including offices and residential buildings. Managing properties at different stages of development, from construction to fully furnished and operational. Ensuring that necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently. Acting as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and property stakeholders. Monitoring progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Developing and implementing building management best practices. Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety. Providing regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions. Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits: A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid). A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance). A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work. Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work. * Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year.
