About the role Jackstones Properties Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Project, Design, and Construction Management Head to oversee the successful delivery of our exciting property development projects. As a full‑time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure our construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide the successful delivery of our construction projects Manage and coordinate the work of architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project completion Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, financial performance, and key milestones Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing project management team What we're looking for Registered Architect, minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects Expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost management, and quality control Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, team members, and colleagues.
