About the role

Jackstones Properties Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Project, Design, and Construction Management Head to oversee the successful delivery of our exciting property development projects. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure our construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide the successful delivery of our construction projects
  • Manage and coordinate the work of architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project completion
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, financial performance, and key milestones
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team

What we're looking for

  • Registered Architect, minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost management, and quality control
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, team members, and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and find pragmatic solutions
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
