Responsibilities Project Oversight, Safety, Quality, and Technical Compliance: Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards; Oversee construction activities with emphasis on safety, timeliness, and regulatory compliance; Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Project Planning, Coordination, and Cost Control: Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation; Coordinate project activities to align with plans; Implement control measures to manage scope, time, and costs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Possession of relevant professional certifications or licenses. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management. In-depth knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, codes, and best practices. Proficiency in construction management software, tools, and technologies. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and budgeting. Skilled in contract negotiation, risk management, and problem-solving. Continuous professional development to stay updated on industry trends. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. Strong client relationship management skills.
