Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to drive product delivery and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. You’ll define the product roadmap, manage campaigns, oversee engineering tickets, and optimize workflows for successful launches. Additionally, you’ll work closely with marketing, engineering, and design teams, as well as communicate product updates to customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Manage the Product Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market insights.
  • Campaign Management: Lead product campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Product Delivery Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end product delivery process, ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between marketing, engineering, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
  • Manage Engineering Tickets: Prioritize and manage tickets, ensuring clear specs and timely resolution.
  • Optimize Processes: Identify areas for improvement in product workflows to drive efficiency across teams.
  • Communication: Ensure timely and clear communication of product updates to both customers and internal teams, keeping everyone informed and engaged with new features, improvements, and releases.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including requirements, release notes, and other key materials to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
  • Data & Performance Analysis: Use data and feedback to iterate on the product and improve performance.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills , with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with campaign management and delivering on-time, successful product launches.
  • Attention to detail and ability to drive cross-team collaboration effectively.
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and experience with gathering product requirements.
  • Experience with product documentation (e.g., requirements, release notes, and process documentation).
  • Experience in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exposure to customer-facing roles , with the ability to communicate product updates clearly.
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience in competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions.
