DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role

The role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing a 3X funnel based on vendor revenue targets, quantifying marketing investments, and setting objectives for each marketing activity.

This role reports to the Business Manager.

As the Product Manager, you will:
  • Develop, maintain, and manage a 3X funnel based on vendor’s set revenue targets.
  • Schedule and drive fortnightly pipeline reviews with the Vendor team.
  • Maintain, update, and ensure Deal Registration status of opportunities from named/non-named end-user accounts and Tier 2 partners’ leads are current and accurate.
  • Qualify leads from cold calls, inbound inquiries, or partner referrals.
  • Independently present vendor solutions to end users during initial meetings, except when C-level executives or CIO/CTO/Technical Evaluators are involved.
  • Engage in strategic accounts where vendors want to be involved from the start of the opportunity.
  • Attain certification for Vendor’s Sales Training.
  • Prepare or supervise the preparation of quotations.
  • Qualify POC needs, coordinate and arrange demo units and pre-sales resources.
  • Set POC objectives with customers, targeting a loan duration of 2 weeks and expected closure within the same quarter.
  • Track and report the status of outstanding loans monthly or upon request.
  • Manage key stakeholders for the line of business.
  • Coordinate the identification and development of assigned vendors’ Focus Partners.
  • Coordinate and deliver updates and training to partners.
  • Quantify marketing investments and set objectives for each marketing activity, including bundle programs, SPIFFs, and roadshows.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE About you

The ideal Product Manager:

  • Holds a Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Has relevant experience with resellers, which is an advantage.
  • Has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ensures sales forecast accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Possesses excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Is highly motivated, results-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
