Role Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of Governful's software products. You will bridge the gap between business needs, technical teams, private and government stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions are technically robust, user-friendly, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for Governful's digital financial and operational solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI, and data analytics, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from internal teams, clients, and government stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical and financial concepts into actionable requirements for developers.
  • Ensure products comply with financial regulations, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, particularly on accounting and compliance matters.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in tax, systems, and audit functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager, ideally in fintech, ERP, or government software solutions is preferred
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and technical architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial systems, revenue management, or ERP solutions is highly desirable.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with international or multinational companies.
  • Willingness to relocate.
