Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to lead the commercial operations of our ethical pharmaceutical business based in Taguig. The successful candidate will drive nationwide sales performance, develop commercial strategies, and lead a team of sales leaders to achieve business objectives.

This role requires strong expertise in local/generic pharmaceutical brands and a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the national sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the ethical pharma segment.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting at a national level.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment of commercial strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and ethical practices in all sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales , with strong exposure to local/generic companies (top 10 preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
