About the role Int is seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and recruiting top talent to support the growth of our organization. What you’ll be doing Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open roles Screening and assessing applications to identify the best-fit candidates Coordinating the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, background checks and offer negotiations Maintaining an applicant tracking system and generating recruitment reports Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements Building a strong employer brand and candidate pipeline through networking and outreach Providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role.
