In this full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of strategic consulting services to our diverse range of clients. As an integral member of our Consulting & Strategy team, you will contribute to the success of client engagements and help drive the growth of our business. What you'll be doing Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of client accounts, ensuring seamless project delivery Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and facilitate effective communication throughout engagements Provide research and analysis support to project teams, gathering and synthesising relevant data and insights Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and other deliverables Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the timely and high‑quality completion of client work Contribute to the development of internal processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field 1‑3 years of experience in a client‑facing or project coordination role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management tools Demonstrated research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail Collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic, fast‑paced team environment What we offer At Wong & Bernstein Management Group Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
