Account Coordinator (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We're looking for an Account Coordinator who can serve as the primary liaison between our company and our clients. This role ensures smooth communication, efficient task coordination, and timely delivery of client requirements. You'll play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring projects and services are executed with excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and deliverables between internal teams and the client.
  • Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion of client requests.
  • Prepare regular status updates, performance reports, and documentation.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Support process improvements and maintain alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, client management, or project support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or project management software.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with both internal and client teams.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
