In this full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of strategic consulting services to our diverse range of clients. As an integral member of our Consulting & Strategy team, you will contribute to the success of client engagements and help drive the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of client accounts, ensuring seamless project delivery
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and facilitate effective communication throughout engagements
  • Provide research and analysis support to project teams, gathering and synthesising relevant data and insights
  • Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and other deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of client work
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing or project coordination role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management tools
  • Demonstrated research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
