Overview Senior Recruitment Specialist & In-House Trainer | Leading Recruitment Strategies & Talent Development at Freedom Property Investors (Remote – Philippines). We’re looking for a Senior Valuation Analyst who supports valuation efforts for Australian residential property assets, ensuring reports reflect accuracy, consistency, and strategic impact. Key Responsibilities Mentor junior analysts through review and feedback, providing mentorship and guidance Oversee end-to-end production of CSA reports across multiple residential asset types Conduct advanced desktop comparable analysis aligned with the Australian valuation standards Integrate macroeconomic, demographic, and infrastructure data into valuation frameworks Maintain and enhance internal valuation databases and modeling tools Present valuation findings in clear, strategic formats for internal and client-facing use Drive process improvements and contribute to SOP development across the valuation workflow Key Skills & Qualities Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields Advanced ability to interpret architectural plans, site layouts, and development specifications Strong technical proficiency in Google Workspace and valuation platforms (e.g., RP Data/CoreLogic, PriceFinder, realestate.com.au, etc.) Professional command of written and spoken English Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail Willing to work with remote and cross-functional teams in a high-accountability environment Willingness to undergo and pass background check as a condition of employment (consent form provided to shortlisted candidates) Willingness to provide an NBI clearance Technical Requirements Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+ 256GB Storage space - minimum 8-16GB RAM - minimum Dual Core CPU - minimum Camera: HD Webcam (720p) Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum About Us Outsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
