We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and financial planning within the organization. You will leverage your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support long-term strategic planning, annual operating plans, and investment decisions. Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends against budget and forecast, and provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders. Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key business metrics, track performance against targets, and highlight areas for improvement. Develop and maintain financial performance metrics and benchmarks to assess operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with business leaders and functional teams to evaluate business cases, assess investment opportunities, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate strategic alternatives and assess potential impacts on financial performance. Analyze cost structures, profitability drivers, and cost allocation methodologies to identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and resource reallocation. Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining service levels and quality standards. Assess financial risks and opportunities, including market dynamics, competitive pressures, and regulatory changes, and incorporate risk factors into financial forecasts and scenario planning. Develop sensitivity analysis and stress testing scenarios to evaluate the potential impact of external factors on financial performance and recommend mitigation strategies. Collaborate with finance teams, business units, and functional leaders to align financial goals with operational objectives, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and drive process improvements. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance, insights, and support to enable informed decision-making and drive business results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team. Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
