Position: HR and Admin Manager (URGENT OPENING) Company Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Location: Salcedo Village Makati Salary Offer: Php70,000-Php90,000 (Open for negotiation) Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Work Set Up: Onsite Responsibilities Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, training, and employee relations. Maintain employee records, attendance, and other personnel documents in compliance with labor laws and company standards. Has competencies on planning and organizing, problem solving, decision making, leading and controlling. Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning. Lead and motivate the HR and admin teams to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any Business course With at least 7 years managerial experience. Experience on ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications with respect to HR operations is a plus.
