Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the real estate industry to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves market research, client acquisition, and relationship management to expand the company’s real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the real estate sector, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals and grow business pipelines.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing real estate deals
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, sales strategies, and property development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong network of real estate brokers, investors, and developers (preferred)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and market analysis tools
