Responsibilities
  • Own the resolution of escalated or complex calls from customers, with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Answer incoming communications from customers and conduct research to provide answers to resolve issues.
Qualifications
  • Completed senior high school or high school (old curriculum).
  • 6 months of customer service experience or more (BPO or non-BPO).
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
  • Computer experience.
