Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Field Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help strengthen Total Shape's brand presence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of executing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

Collaborate with sales and digital marketing teams to align strategies.

Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on results.

Assist in organizing virtual and community engagement events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.

Strong understanding of digital and field marketing strategies.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
