What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. You will get customers answers quickly, consult on products with compassion, and resolve issues with a positive demeanor, making the customer experience exceptional.
During a Typical Day, You'll
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers and resolve issues
What You Bring to the Role
- Completed senior high school or high school (old curriculum)
- 6 months of customer service experience or more (BPO or Non BPO)
- Ability to apply product or service knowledge and explain it clearly

Qualifications

- 10+ years facility management or transition management/consulting experience
- Strong MS Office skills and analytical mindset
- Ability to work across departments and build client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
