Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team remotely. This role involves providing technical expertise, implementing efficient solutions, and supporting the team in optimizing our digital platforms and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and consultancy to internal teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms and tools.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to improve system performance.

Recommend and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance user experience.

Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Proven experience in a technical consulting or IT support role.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency with CMS platforms, web technologies, and SaaS tools.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
