Job Responsibilities Propose and implement innovations to improve the HR department. Ensure recruitment targets are achieved. Ensure comp‑ben targets are achieved. Ensure Learning and Development targets are achieved. Facilitate and assist all departments in the conduct of performance evaluation. Coordinate with Safety Officer for Safety Programs in the workplace. Achieve zero accident workplace. Implement programs to promote safety and healthy workplace. Foster good employer‑employee relationship by accommodating employee concerns, feedback and give guidance/counseling. Ensure compliance to labor laws. Propose policies that are applicable and timely. Job Qualifications College degree holder (preferably Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management). At least 3 years of experience in human resources (Experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and performance evaluation), preferably with supervisory experience. Computer literate and able to navigate MS office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, reliable and with high integrity and work ethics. Ability to supervise and coordinate HR activities across departments. Exposure to workplace safety programs and labor law compliance. Ability to develop and implement HR programs to improve employee engagement, wellbeing, and safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
