Overview The Recruitment Supervisor oversees and manages the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves supervising a team of recruiters, coordinating with hiring managers, recommending process improvement initiatives and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, AB Sociology, BS Social Work, or Business Administration, or any relevant field. At least 5 years recruitment experience with at least 2 years in supervisory capacity; experience in hiring for both blue- and white-collar jobs is an advantage Must have strong communication, interpersonal, negotiating and mentoring skills and can conduct training programs for direct reports Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.; must be well-versed in recruitment terminologies and strategies Highly organized, great at time-management and prioritization; Must be creative, resourceful and can adapt easily; has sound decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, emails and presentations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule Holidays Overtime Shift system Weekends Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Team Supervision : Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and performance feedback. Will act as POC for recruitment concerns Talent Sourcing: Oversee sourcing strategies, including job postings, social media recruitment, job fairs, and maintain academe partnerships Screening & Interviewing: Manage and participate in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout from application until onboarding Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR to promote the company’s employer brand. Hiring Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and recommend process improvement initiatives to ensure targets are met ATS Management: Oversee the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
