Overview

The Recruitment Supervisor oversees and manages the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves supervising a team of recruiters, coordinating with hiring managers, recommending process improvement initiatives and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, AB Sociology, BS Social Work, or Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • At least 5 years recruitment experience with at least 2 years in supervisory capacity; experience in hiring for both blue- and white-collar jobs is an advantage
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal, negotiating and mentoring skills and can conduct training programs for direct reports
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.; must be well-versed in recruitment terminologies and strategies
  • Highly organized, great at time-management and prioritization; Must be creative, resourceful and can adapt easily; has sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, emails and presentations

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Team Supervision : Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and performance feedback. Will act as POC for recruitment concerns
  • Talent Sourcing: Oversee sourcing strategies, including job postings, social media recruitment, job fairs, and maintain academe partnerships
  • Screening & Interviewing: Manage and participate in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout from application until onboarding
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR to promote the company’s employer brand.
  • Hiring Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and recommend process improvement initiatives to ensure targets are met
  • ATS Management: Oversee the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
