Admin and Engagement Design and implement an employee engagement strategy that cultivates a positive, open and innovative culture Coordinate and manage employee-focused meetings and events Establish standardized procedures, track outcomes and identify areas of opportunity for future events/activities Promote culture initiatives and volunteerism Partner with all departments and levels to ensure we’re creating the right experiences for employees at every step of their journey Leverage internal and external data to provide deep analysis and insight Earn trust with key stakeholders across Operations, HR and Communications by diving deep into business challenges and partnering on solutions What you’ll bring in: Proven working experience as HR Generalist or equivalent in a BPO Set Up for at least 2 years People-oriented and results-driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices Degree in Human Resources or related field We believe that our success lies in the passion, dedication, and talent of our team members.
