Job Summary:
The Employee Experience and Inclusion Specialist supports initiatives that enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and overall workplace experience within the global shared services organization. The role partners with HR, leadership, and functional teams to implement programs that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and delivery of employee engagement, inclusion, and culture-building initiatives.
- Coordinate campaigns, events, and programs that foster belonging and employee well-being.
- Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to promote inclusion and awareness across regions.
- Track participation, feedback, and engagement metrics to measure program effectiveness.
- Assist in implementing global DEI strategies and adapting them to local contexts.
- Provide administrative and reporting support for culture, engagement, and inclusion projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or program coordination—preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about inclusion, culture, and employee experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
