1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement functional business plans to achieve functional goals and objectives Operational Oversight: Oversee functional operations resourcing and capability requirements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for all stakeholders Prepare and maintain a financial model for the new businesses and existing subsidiaries and affiliates of the company for short, medium and long-term planning and for valuation purposes. Update the financial models, as needed to reflect latest economic, technical and financial assumptions Support the fund-raising for projects under the Department and/or projects initiated for the companys affiliates and subsidiaries Develop and update the Revenue Framework for the Business Areas for annual budgeting purposes. Participates in the development of and communication of company policies and guidelines to direct reports for implementation. Collaborates and consults with business unit leaders and managers on strategic and tactical information systems plans designed to meet their business objectives. Provides oversight in the production of feasibility studies and accomplishes all other preparations before due diligence including, but not limited to, the collection of commercial data and technical measurements, securing permits and water rights, and the review of legal documents. Initiates the integration of all due diligence reports for a single BD project in coordination with the technical, financial and legal professionals and provides recommendations based on growth potential, risks and viability. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in Business Strategy, Management, or a relevant discipline. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of driving revenue growth, closing high-value deals, and forging long-term strategic partnerships. Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and market expansion Has the ability to design and execute innovative business strategies to capture new markets and opportunities. Has demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring talent, and fostering a collaborative culture. Has the expertise in negotiating complex contracts and building relationships with C-suite stakeholders, clients, and partners. Proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement. Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
