US Payroll Associate (US Client) at MicroSourcing
Location: 1880 Building, Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Set-up & Shift: On-Site and Night Shift
Your RolePayroll professional responsible for US client payroll processing and related compliance tasks.
Responsibilities- Research, update, and maintain all applicable prevailing wage rates and keep apprised of federal, state, and other regulations in relation to payroll process.
- Provide assistance to subcontractors/vendors/clients to resolve discrepancies or inadequacies in their payroll data.
- Review and approve payroll reports and documents for multiple projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes to labor compliance laws and advise Operations accordingly to ensure proper risk mitigation.
- Maintain up-to-date labor compliance status and provide monthly labor compliance reports to Project Accountants.
- Review email correspondence daily, follow up with resolutions for Project Accountants, subcontractors and team members.
- Email weekly labor compliance RFIs to all subcontractors, per project, as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with weekly reporting requirements, including uploading certified payroll reports to appropriate job portals and governing agencies.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 3 years of US Payroll Experience; preferably with experience in the Construction Industry.
- Knowledge of labor compliance forms such as DAS140, DAS142, Fringe Benefit Statements, Labor Law Checklists, CAC2, and Union Status Letters is preferred.
- Preferably with Union payroll experience and understanding of Union Fringe Benefit processing and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Amenable to work night shift and onsite in Eastwood.
