Key Job Accountabilities
  • Report to the Lead HR Business Partner and act as a business partner to internal clients, building professional credibility and mutual trust; deploy internal and/or external resources to deliver business strategy and plans.
  • Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to HR insights that enable diagnosis of business issues, improvement of employee engagement, and business performance.
  • Deliver analyses of external and internal information and resourcing scenarios to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Identify team development needs using the organization’s development framework; plan and implement actions to build capabilities; provide training or coaching to others to improve performance and fulfill potential.
  • Provide specialist advice on policy interpretation and application, resolve queries, and refer very complex issues as needed.
  • Contribute to drafting HR frameworks and tools, ensuring compliance with design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements.
Education/Experience
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner with core capabilities in Talent & Leadership Development, Performance and Rewards, and/or Employee Relations.
