Human Resources Business Partner (Nightshift) — Glints Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to address and resolve employee and client queries.
  • Provide consultative HR support, influencing and guiding stakeholders to align with best practices and business goals.
  • Manage and execute complex HR processes, identifying issues and implementing scalable, practical solutions.
  • Review, maintain, and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure adherence to HR standards, legal requirements, and internal protocols across all activities.
Must-Have Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), with an ability to listen to and respond to customer and employee queries effectively.
  • Strong consulting abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and provide expert guidance in a professional and results-oriented manner.
  • Proven experience in managing complex HR processes, with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve and implement scalable solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures, with the ability to ensure adherence and lead updates as needed.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-cultural, or global teams.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and modern HR tools.
