Technical Skills: Hands‑on experience with HVAC, electrical, and safety systems; adept at using Facilities CRM/CMS tools; leverage technology for operational efficiency. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, create SOPs, and foster collaboration while promoting accountability and high performance. Non‑Negotiables: Onsite work in Cebu City; strong communication, coordination, and decision‑making skills.
