Facilities Manager

Location: Cebu City | Setup: On-site | Compensation: Up to PHP 60,000 GoTeam is seeking a Facilities Manager based in Cebu City. This role ensures smooth daily operations of our facilities — from maintenance and safety compliance to vendor coordination and team supervision. You’ll lead initiatives to keep our workspace efficient, secure, and aligned with GoTeam’s high operational standards. The Role at a Glance Compensation: Up to PHP 60,000Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 2:00 PMWork Setup: On-siteReports to: Senior ManagementTech Stack: Facilities CRM/CMS Tools, Microsoft Office, AI Tools Job Responsibilities Facilities Operations & Maintenance Oversee facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety) for optimal functionality. Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards through cleaning schedules and compliance checks. Manage maintenance tickets, repairs, and asset inventories with accurate documentation. Vendor, Budget, & Compliance Management Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and service performance against SLAs. Prepare and monitor the facilities budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations through regular inspections and safety drills. Team & Project Leadership Supervise, coach, and support the facilities and maintenance team. Lead or assist in office improvement projects such as renovations, fit-outs, and space optimization. Develop SOPs and process metrics to drive accountability and operational excellence. Client & Office Coordination Manage logistics for client and VIP visits to ensure seamless experiences. Coordinate with internal teams (security, admin, maintenance) for readiness and execution. Maintain visitor records and uphold safety and security protocols. Innovation & Process Optimization Use Facilities CRM/CMS and AI tools to streamline operations and reporting. Document and enhance workflows for continuous improvement in efficiency and sustainability. What We’re Looking For Non-Negotiables: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities or property management. Proven experience managing building systems, maintenance teams, and vendors. Licensed Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred. Skills & Qualities: Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Proactive and solutions-oriented with keen attention to detail.
