Overview Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) for Axelum Resources Corp. Join Axelum – The Country’s Largest Integrated Coconut Manufacturer. We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with food quality standards. This role helps maintain consistent product quality and operational excellence within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of food processing technologies, team management, and production systems. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets. Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations. Implement and maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to address process deviations and equipment concerns. Lead and motivate production teams to achieve consistent performance and high-quality standards. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production-related issues. Ensure accurate production reporting, inventory tracking, and resource utilization. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field . At least 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing , preferably in coconut or dairy powder production . Strong understanding of food processing technologies, quality control, and safety standards . Knowledgeable in HACCP, GMP, and ISO systems. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in production planning, inventory management, and reporting tools .
