We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure seamless movement of goods from storage to shipment. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting the company's overall operational excellence.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, enforce safety practices, and maintain accurate inventory systems. You will also coordinate closely with logistics and other departments to ensure timely and accurate distribution of products. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, proper storage, order picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and security measures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with logistics and other departments to support timely and accurate deliveries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance accuracy.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and keep the facility clean, organized, and compliant with standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4–5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, with demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control procedures, and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.
