Overview Production Supervisor – Coconut Milk Processing at Axelum Resources Corp. leading and overseeing milk extraction operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with international food safety standards. Axelum is a world-class coconut products producer. This role focuses on consistent product quality, operational reliability, and compliance with food regulations. Ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with technical expertise in food manufacturing, particularly in coconut or dairy powder production. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily coconut milk extraction and processing activities to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient operations. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FSMA and other relevant food safety standards. Monitor process performance and implement improvements to enhance yield, efficiency, and consistency. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to maintain product standards and resolve production issues. Oversee equipment sanitation, maintenance schedules, and proper handling of raw materials. Lead and train production personnel to ensure high performance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of production data, process parameters, and performance metrics. Uphold workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper use of PPE in a food-grade environment. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Technology or related field. 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing , preferably in coconut or dairy powder production . Strong knowledge of food industry standards (HACCP, GMP, FSMA, export quality compliance). Demonstrated leadership in production operations and team management . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in production planning, reporting tools, and process monitoring systems .
