Who we are looking for We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a NetSuite generalist who can manage the entire implementation process—from evaluation through deployment—across multiple industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, and software. This person thrives in dynamic environments, communicates well with clients, and can manage multiple projects in US time zones. What you'll do Conduct evaluations of client needs and lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations. Gather business requirements and design tailored NetSuite solutions. Configure, test, and deploy NetSuite systems, ensuring seamless integration. Provide post-implementation support, training, and troubleshooting. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles. Stay updated on NetSuite capabilities, industry trends, and best practices. Work collaboratively with internal and client teams to ensure successful outcomes. Use project management tools (e.g., Wrike) to manage timelines and deliverables. What you'll need At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end NetSuite implementations. Generalist knowledge across NetSuite modules, including CRM, ERP, and financials. Experience with clients in manufacturing, consumer products, or software industries. Proficiency with Wrike (or similar tools), Microsoft Teams, and Outlook. Strong communication and client management skills. Ability to work US business hours and handle US-based projects. Preferred: Background in accounting; CPA is a plus.
