About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in Pasay City.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite and a strong background in general accounting. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting period-end closings. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work with global teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Record and process supplier and customer invoices
  • Perform bank, supplier, credit card, and customer reconciliations
  • Handle employee travel and expense reimbursements
  • Generate monthly financial statements and management reports
  • Maintain and work within the NetSuite ERP system
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual period-end closings up to the balance sheet
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions
  • Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to align accounting processes

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in general accounting
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with international or global company environments is a plus
  • CPA or any local accounting certification is preferred but not required
