JOB OPPORTUNITY: KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – FINISHING MATERIALS Location: Cebu Province Send your application to: URGENT HIRING | Can Start ASAP About the Role: We are urgently hiring a Key Account Executive who will handle a range of Finishing Materials such as tiles, boards, cabinet hardware, faucets, locksets, and other decorative or construction finishing products. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the same industry — preferably with background in construction, building materials, or interior finishing supplies. This role focuses on generating sales, managing key client accounts, and ensuring sales targets and collection goals are consistently achieved. Scope of Work: Develop, manage, and grow key accounts in Cebu and nearby areas. Promote finishing materials to contractors, developers, architects, and hardware outlets. Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and manage client negotiations. Strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams for accurate order and delivery processes. Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends for business insights and positioning. Submit timely reports on sales performance, account updates, and collection status. Core Functions: 1. Account Growth & Revenue Generation – Ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded. 2. Client Relationship Management – Build trust and sustain high-value partnerships. 3. Market Development – Identify and establish new client accounts across Cebu Province. Core Competencies: Proven sales and account management experience in construction or finishing materials industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build networks with contractors, developers, and suppliers. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Highly driven, organized, and results-oriented professional.
